Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Unsafe neighborhood and dirty rooms.

The location is marvellous for exploring Oakland.

Its personnel was amicable and accommodating, nothing too much trouble. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, multi-channel television and coffee/tea making equipment in the deluxe queen room.

The staff are really kind and really care about the guests. The rooms here are decent size with a nice bathroom. The location is central, not far from local stores as well as many restaurants and gas stations.

Such a fairly nice stay during our 2 weeks vacation. The continental breakfast was satisfactory : muffins, hot waffles and scrambled eggs.

Got a good-sized and updated room with a bathroom and refrigerator, which was convenient. Great location just half a mile away from Oakland Coliseum and Oracle Arena. Airport shuttle available for easy access to the airport. Nearby restaurants and stadium within walking distance from the hotel.

we booked the hotel because it was very close to the event center. upon arrival, the area in between the hotel and event center wasn't very safe but thankfully the hotel provided a shuttle to and from the event center at no cost. the staff was super helpful with quick check-in, and the room was spacious and nicely decorated.

The staff were very efficient. The room was brand-new. The hotel is located in a central area close to the airport, restaurants, and sporting venues like Oracle Stadium and Oakland Coliseum.

very good hotel. i would come back and recommend it. it's like the pictures show. the reception staff is very friendly, they kept some packages for us for about 15 days without charging us anything, it has a transfer service to the coliseum station 24 hours without additional charge, it has machines for washing clothes, breakfast is good even though it's the same every day. the room is very comfortable and very clean, it has a fridge and microwave. there were comments that it was badly located that there was a lot of noise outside the hotel and that it was dangerous, but none of that seemed to us. everything is very quiet. it is an excellent option if you travel by car since the hotels in san francisco do not have parking or if they offer that service it is of payment and it can get to be of 80 dollars the night. you can even leave your xarro at the hotel and travel to san francisco in the bart (from coliseum station it costs $ 10 round trip) and then in san francisco use the muni network (buses, historic tram and subway)
